A quick stop for the obligatory photo in front of the gate of the UNESCO World Heritage Site and, in this case also Biosphere Reserve. We are standing on the border of the regions of Arusha, where we came from, and Simiyu where we are heading. This is also where the Ngorongoro Conservation Area ends and the Serengeti National Park starts instead. We are about 20 minutes away from the Naabi Hill Gate which is the “Official” gate.
